Retail/Environmental
The retail environment is the final link in the marketing chain. LED billboards, digital signage, interior design and large format graphics all contribute to customer's perceptions of a brick and mortar location. Calls to action and on-site video create an inviting 3D space where customers interact with your company in the flesh. Environmental marketing can also come in the form of small ideas such as scent dispensers that subconsciously woo the customer with the smell of chocolate or vanilla (a trick we learned from Disney...really).
We place an emphasis on the link between advertising and the retail environment. We ask a simple question: Does the retail environment match the promises made in the advertising? Connecting these two elements, advertising and retail, is critical to completing the marketing chain for the consumer.
At Medina Communications, a large part of our previous background was in retail. With years of experience at some of the largest retailers and retail manufacturers, we pay close attention to the retail environment, and we offer retail consulting as an important service. We understand that brands win or lose at the retail, and we're here to complete the marketing chain.
