Online Appointments

We created a HIPAA compliant online appointment system in February 2020 and have gotten 40,000+ appointments. Making sure any potential health care information was securely encrypted was our top priority. We set up policies for the doctors such as logging out if you step away from the computer or making sure the password wasn’t stored or written.

Creating a portal and system that worked for all the doctors was very important since every practice works differently. Some offices have different hours and days that they work and some have different specialized doctors for different procedures.
